Jagannath University is usually a government-financed public university positioned in Sadarghat, Dhaka the capital of Bangladesh.Although this university obtained its university status in 2005 nevertheless it counts its historical past as an educational institution considering that 1858 when it was at first formed as Dhaka Brahma School. In 1884 its status was updated to larger secondary school which was additional revised in 1975 when Jagannath began taking college students in Honours and Masters plans.
